How much does it cost to sell on MedaKi?
Each store on the Essentials plan is $50/month, and just $25/month for your first 3 months. Annual billing is $540/year (over a month free). There are no listing fees; standard payment-processing fees apply to orders.
What plans are available?
Essentials is available today and includes everything you need to sell online. Pro ($99/month) is coming soon for growing, multi-location pharmacies, adding store groups with shared inventory, a custom storefront domain, advanced analytics and more. Pharmacy groups with custom or exceptional needs can contact us for Enterprise pricing.
Am I charged per store?
Yes, pricing is per store. If you operate multiple locations, each has its own subscription, prorated as you add or remove stores.
Are team member seats included?
Every store includes 2 seats (the owner plus 1 team member). Additional seats are $10/month each, prorated, and always billed monthly, even on annual store plans.
Is there a free trial?
We periodically offer 1-month free trial codes through our partners and onboarding team. If you have a code, enter it during store activation.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from your dashboard's billing portal at any time. Your store data, products, and settings are kept safe, and you can reactivate whenever you're ready.
What happens if a payment fails?
Your store stays live during a 7-day grace period while we retry the payment. Update your payment method from the dashboard to avoid any interruption.
