How much does it cost to sell on MedaKi?
Each store on the Essentials plan is $50/month, and just $25/month for your first 3 months. There are no listing fees; standard payment-processing fees apply to orders.
What plans are available?
Essentials is available today and includes everything you need to sell online. Pro ($99/month) is coming soon for growing, multi-location pharmacies, adding store groups, a branded group storefront, advanced analytics and more. Custom domains and shared inventory across locations are set up with our team, and full white-label branding is coming soon. Contact us for Enterprise pricing.
Can I put my pharmacy's own branding on the store?
Yes, in three steps. Every store gets a storefront on the MedaKi marketplace carrying your name, logo and colours. From there you can move the same storefront onto a web address you already own, and then to a full white-label experience where your logo runs across the entire shopping flow, checkout is de-branded, and order emails go out under your pharmacy's name. Moving onto your own domain is arranged with our team rather than bought self-serve today, so contact us and we'll price it with you. The white-label step is built and coming soon.
Does moving to my own domain change how I get paid or supported?
No. On your own domain the storefront and checkout carry your branding while MedaKi keeps running accounts, payments, payouts and support underneath, exactly as on the marketplace. Full white-label goes further and removes MedaKi branding from the customer-facing experience, including the emails your customers receive. That step is coming soon.
Am I charged per store?
Yes, pricing is per store. If you operate multiple locations, each has its own subscription, prorated as you add or remove stores.
Are team member seats included?
Every store includes 2 seats (the owner plus 1 team member). Additional seats are $10/month each, prorated, and always billed monthly.
Is there a free trial?
We periodically offer 1-month free trial codes through our partners and onboarding team. If you have a code, enter it during store activation.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from your dashboard's billing portal at any time. Your store data, products, and settings are kept safe, and you can reactivate whenever you're ready.
What happens if a payment fails?
Your store stays live during a 7-day grace period while we retry the payment. Update your payment method from the dashboard to avoid any interruption.
