Refund Policy

Over-the-counter (OTC) products may be returned within 30 days of purchase if they meet the following conditions:

• Products are unopened and in their original packaging
• Products are in resalable condition
• Original receipt or proof of purchase is provided
• Products are not on the non-returnable list (e.g., thermometers, personal care items)

Due to health and safety regulations, prescription medications generally cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed. Exceptions may apply in the following circumstances:

• Error in medication dispensed by our pharmacy
• Damaged or defective product upon receipt
• Doctor changes prescription before medication is opened

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund under these conditions:

• Cancellation requested before the order has been processed
• Cancellation requested before prescription has been filled
• Cancellation requested before shipment has been dispatched

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may be eligible for a return based on the conditions above.
