We make it easy to order over-the-counter products and submit prescriptions online, with convenient delivery or pickup options. MedaKi is available as a website and as an installable app on your phone or tablet.
Create an account, search for pharmacies or products in your area, upload your prescriptions if needed, place your order, and choose delivery or pickup. Your local pharmacy fulfills the order and a licensed pharmacist reviews all prescriptions before dispensing.

Browse products from your chosen pharmacy, add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, choose delivery or pickup, and complete payment. You'll receive confirmation and updates via email and SMS.
You can modify or cancel orders before the pharmacy begins processing. Contact the pharmacy directly by phone or email to request changes. Once an order is being prepared, modifications may not be possible.
The pharmacy will contact you if an item is unavailable and discuss alternatives or substitutions. You won't be charged for out-of-stock items, and you can choose to wait for restocking or modify your order.
You can upload an image of your prescription (JPEG, PNG, or WebP) through the MedaKi website when submitting a prescription order. Alternatively, ask your doctor to send it directly to the pharmacy, or drop off a physical copy. The pharmacist will verify all prescriptions before dispensing.
Yes, participating pharmacies accept most provincial and private insurance plans. During the prescription upload process, you can upload images of your insurance card. The pharmacist will review your insurance information and apply coverage when filling your prescription.
Yes. You can create and manage multiple prescription profiles on your account for yourself and family members. Each profile stores its own personal and health information for prescription submissions.
Depending on the pharmacy, you can choose from pickup or local delivery. Availability of each option depends on the individual pharmacy and your location.
Delivery fees depend on the pharmacy and their fee structure. Some pharmacies offer free delivery for orders over a certain amount. You'll see the applicable delivery fee at checkout before completing your order.
If you choose pickup, your order will be prepared by the pharmacy and you can collect it during their normal business hours once it's ready. You'll receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. For prescription orders, you may also have the option to pay in-store at the pharmacy.
Your payment method is authorized at checkout, but you're only charged when the pharmacy confirms and ships your order. If items are unavailable or your order can't be fulfilled, you won't be charged.
Refund policies vary by pharmacy and are subject to provincial regulations. Prescription medications generally cannot be returned once dispensed. For non-prescription items, contact the pharmacy within 30 days for return or exchange options.
Click "Sign Up" on the MedaKi website and provide your email and create a password, or sign up with Google. You'll need to verify your email address to complete registration.
Yes. MedaKi uses encryption and follows strict healthcare privacy regulations (PIPEDA and provincial health information acts). Your personal and health information is protected and only shared with your chosen pharmacy as needed to fulfill orders.
