Wampole’s Ferrous Fumarate helps prevent anemia caused by iron deficiency. Iron is an essential mineral, as it’s necessary to form red blood cells that ensure the transport of oxygen in the blood. Its use is recommended to prevent iron deficiencyanemia, which can be caused by blood loss, malabsorption, or an increase in iron demand (during pregnancy for example). How to Use DOSAGE (Adults, 19 years and older): Take 1 tablet 1 to 3 times daily with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
