Description:
Helps to prevent iron deficiency anemia How to Use Dosage (adult 19 years and over): Take 1 capsule per day. Take with food a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Recommended duration of use: For use beyond 12 weeks consult a healthcare practitioner.
