For pinworms and roundworms Use - Treats pinworm infection How to Use Directions - Adults and children 2 years and older: - take a single dose of 1 tablet per 25 lb (11 kg) of body weight at any time of the day - do not take more than directed Body weight: 26-51 lb (12-23 kg), dosage: 2 tablets Body weight: 52-100 lb (24-45 kg), dosage: 3-4 tablets Body weight: 101-150 lb (46-68 kg), dosage: 5-6 tablets Body weight: over 150 lb (over 68 kg), dosage: 7-8 tablets - Repeat dose in 2 weeks if your symptoms do not go away - ask a doctor if symptoms persist after the second treatment.
