Uses For temporary relief of pain and/or itching due to minor burns or cuts, sunburn, scrapes, insect bites or minor skin irritations. How to Use Directions - Do not use more than directed - Adults and children 2 years and older: Apply a small amount to affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily. - Children 2-12 years: Use should be supervised by an adult. Warnings For external use only WARNINGS FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY DO NOT USE - in large quantities or over large areas of the body, particularly on raw surfaces or blistered skin - on damaged skin or on wounds - if allergic to lidocaine (including allergic contact dermatitis), local anesthetics of the amide type, menthol or any of the other ingredients in this product - under a bandage or underneath a warming compress - for teething pain ASK A DOCTOR OR PHARMACIST BEFORE USE IF YOU - have deep puncture wounds, animal bites, or serious burns - are pregnant or breastfeeding. WHEN USING THIS PRODUCT - avoid contact with mucous membranes, including mouth and eyes. If contact with eyes occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. STOP USE AND ASK A DOCTOR IF - condition worsens or symptoms persist for more than 7 days - symptoms clear up and occur again within a few days - new symptoms appear - you experience, weakness, confusion, headache, difficulty breathing, pale, grey or blue coloured skin. These may be signs of methemoglobinemia, a rare disorder, which may appear up to 2 hours after use, excessive irritation KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. If overdose or accidental swallowing occurs, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
