Long-lasting, non-medicated Pro Heat Relief wraps provide deep penetrating, therapeutic heat to help relieve back and hip aches associated with overexertion, strains, sprains, and arthritis. No odour - air activated - one time use Don't let back pain get in your way! How to Use Directions: - Tear open pouch only when ready to use and remove heating pad. - Insert one or two heat pads, as required, into wrap to cover area of pain. Use only one pad per pocket. - Place correct side toward body as indicated by directions ‘this side toward body'. Wrap belt around waist with pocket openings facing up and fasten in place with Velcro tabs. Adjust as needed. It may take up to 30 minutes for the pads to reach full therapeutic temperature. For maximum effectiveness, we recommend you wear the wraps for 8 hours. Do not wear for more than 8 hours in any 24 hour period. Warnings DO NOT OPEN UNTIL READY TO USE. Please read all directions and warnings before use. To reduce the risk of burns, fire and personal injury, this product must be used in accordance with the warnings and directions. If you find irritation or a burn, remove product immediately. 55 YEARS OR OLDER: Your risk of burning increases as you age. If you are 55 years of age or older, wear heat wraps over a layer of clothing, not directly against your skin. Do not wear while sleeping. Ask a physician before use if you have nerve damage or a skin condition, diabetes, poor circulation or heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis or are pregnant. Each heat pad contains iron which can be harmful if swallowed. If swallowed, rinse mouth with water and call a Poison Control Centre immediately. Do not use with medicated lotions, creams or ointments or on unhealthy, damaged or broken skin. Do not open heat pad. If contents of heat pad come into contact with skin, mouth or eyes, flush immediately with cold water and consult a physician. DO NOT MICROWAVE. FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY.
