Once opened, cover, refrigerate and use within 48 hours. Oral feeding: may be used for supplemental or sole source of nutrition. May be served at room temperature or chilled. Tube feeding: osmolality, 780 mosm/kg water. Pump feeding is recommended, feed at room temperature with an 8 fr or larger tube.
