Helps to prevent or treat Iron Deciency Anemia How to Use 1 Per Day Directions: Take one (1) capsule once daily, or as recommended by a health care provider. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Take with food. Additives Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil Genetically Modified Organism Warnings WARNINGS: Do not use if you have allergy to cow products. A very serious allergic reaction to this product is rare. Hypersensitivity has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Some people may experience constipation, diarrhea, stomach/abdominal cramping and vomiting. Iron may cause your stools to turn black, an effect that is not harmful. Keep out of sight and reach of children. There is enough iron in this package to seriously harm a child if ingested.
