HELPS TO PREVENT IRON DEFICIENCY ANEMIA How to Use 1 Per Day Direction: Take 1 capsule once or twice daily. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Take with food. Warnings WARNINGS: DO NOT USE - except under the care of a physician - for prolonged time unless instructed by physician - if seal under cap is broken or missing. CONSULT YOUR HEALTHCARE PROVIDER PRIOR TO USE IF YOU - are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, or when taking mediciation - have peptic ulcer, regional enteritis and/or ulcerative colitis. Some poeple may experience constipation, diarrhea, and/or vomiting. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare provider if you experience symptoms of iron toxicity such as nausea, vomiting, adbominal pain, hematemesis (vomiting of blood), and diarrhea. STORE OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN. There is enough drug in the package to seriously harm a child if ingested.
