Description:
How to Use Dosage and Administration: The usual adult dose is 20 mEq (1 tablespoon) twice daily. Dilute in at least 250 mL of cold water or juice. To be taken immediately after meals or with food to lessen possible stomach upset or laxative action. Additives (Contains 5% Alcohol v/v) Warnings PRECAUTIONS: To be taken only on the advice of a physician. Where impaired renal function exists, the use of potassium supplements must be monitored closely. The use of potassium supplements with potassium sparing diuretics (Spironolactone, Triamterene, Amiloride) may lead to hyperkalemia.
