Recommended use or purpose: for the treatment of iron deficient anemia. How to Use For therapeutic use only Dosage: adults: take one capsule daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Take with food to lessen gastrointestinal effects. For therapeutic use only.
