How to Use How to use ZONNIC: Use one pouch at a time for up to 60 minutes. As your ZONNIC pouch therapy begins to work and your urge to smoke decreases, you can gradually decrease the number of pouches you use. Use the following as a guide: - Month 1: 1 pouch every 1-2 hours - Month 2: 1 pouch every 2-4 hours - Month 3: 1 pouch every 4-8 hours - Months 4-6: Use 1 pouch if the urge to smoke returns. Do not use more than one pouch at a time. Avoid drinking acidic beverages (coffee, tea, soft drinks, alcohol, citric juices) while using a pouch as they may interfere with the effectiveness of the pouch.
