Temporary relief of: - Headache - Nasal Congestion Also relieves - Minor muscular aches and pains - Over-exertion - Backaches - Arthritis - Joint pains USE: For the relief of minor headaches caused by muscle tension and for the temporary relief of nasal congestion, minor muscular aches and pains due to over-exertion, backaches, arthritis and joint pains. How to Use DIRECTIONS : Adults and children 3 years of age and older, rub a small amount on affected area. If needed, repeat 2-3 times per day. Warnings WARNINGS: Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not apply to irritated skin and discontinue use if irritation or burn develops. Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin. If condition worsens, or if symptoms persist for more than 7 days, or clear up and occur again within a few days, discontinue use and consult a physician. Keep out of reach of children. Not to be taken orally. Contact the Poison Control Centre if accidentally ingested. For external use only. Do not bandage. If you experience pain, swelling or blistering, stop use and get medical help right away. CONTRAINDICATIONS : Application of external heat such as electric heating pad may result in excessive skin irritation or burns. Do not use if outer seal is missing, torn or damaged in any way.
