Ice to help ease the pain, heat to relax it away Dual action, medicated Ice To Heat Relief Cream is specially formulated to work on contact with deep cooling relief, then activates to heating for deep penetrating warmth, to provide pain relief from muscle and joint related injuries, strains, and sprains. How to Use Directions: adults and children over 2 years: apply thinly and evenly to cover the affected area and gently massage until completely absorbed, up to 3 to 4 times daily. For children (2 to 12 years old), application should be supervised by an adult. If condition persists for more than 7 days, worsens or recurs, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner.
