How to Use WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: - Dead skin will start peeling off in 3-7 days. To accelerate process, soak feet in warm water for 30 minutes each day. - Do not use callus shaver when calluses begin to peel off. - Peeling process may last up to 14 days. Do not use lotion until peeling is complete. - Wait at least 4 weeks after 1st application if 2nd application is needed. 1. Wash feet with warm water and dry. 2. Open pouch and unfold product. Cut down the middle seam to create 2 separate booties. 3. Place your feet inside the booties and fasten around ankle using adhesive strip. 4. Wear the booties for 60 minutes while watching TV or reading. Be careful walking in booties to avoid slipping. 5. In shower or bath, remove booties and thoroughly rinse your feet with warm water.
