Fast soothing relief for tired, sore, even painful feet Uses: For temporary relief of foot muscle and joint aches and pains associated with arthritis, sprains, strains or tired feet. How to Use Directions: Adults and children 2 years of age and older. Apply thinly and evenly and massage onto painful areas until absorbed into the skin. Repeat as needed up to a maximum of 4 times daily. For children 2 to 12 years old: application should be supervised by an adult.
