Relief of occasional constipation To relieve irregularity Acts on the intestine to promote bowel movement How to Use Directions Adults and children 12 years and over: - take 10 g to 20 g (15 mL to 30 mL) per day; dosage may be increased up to 40 g (60 mL) per day - May be mixed with liquid - Do not take more than directed - May take up to 2 daysfor you to have a bowel movement Warnings DO NOT USE IF SEAL IS BROKEN WARNINGS ALLERGY ALERT : This product contains milk components DO NOT USE - with any other laxative - if you require low galactose diet, unless directed by a doctor - in the presence of abdominal pain, nausea, fever or vomiting - within 2 hours of other medicines - for more than 7 days, unless directed by a doctor ASK A DOCTOR OR PHARMACIST BEFORE USE IF YOU - have diabetes - are pregnant or breastfeeding OTHER WARNINGS - overuse or extended use may cause dependence for bowel function.
