Relief of occasional constipation To relieve irregularity Acts on the intestine to promote bowel movement How to Use Directions Adults and children 12 years and over: - take 10 g to 20 g (15 mL to 30 mL) per day; dosage may be increased up to 40 g (60 mL) per day - May be mixed with liquid - Do not take more than directed - May take up to 2 days for you to have a bowel movement Warnings DO NOT USE IF SEAL IS BROKEN.
