How to Use Directions Adults and children 12 years and older: - Shake well - do not use more than directed - cleanse skin with soap and water and dry thoroughly - Spray a thin layer over affected area morning and night for 2 weeks (for jock itch and ringworm) or 4 weeks (for athlete's foot) - do not cover medication with a bandage unless directed by a doctor.
