Effectively reduces and relieves nasal cold and allergy symptoms such as nasal obstruction and secretion, nasal congestion and related sinus pressure How to Use Use 1 salt packet for daily nasal care, or 2 salt packets for specialty nasal care DOSAGE: For daily nasal care, open 1 pre-measured salt packet, place the contents into the hydraSense® NetiRinse® bottle and dissolve the contents in 240 mL of room temperature distilled water, or tap water previously boiled for 1 minute and then cooled to room temperature, at least twice daily (morning and evening) for regular cleansing, and 4 to 6 times a day when cold nasal symptoms are present. For specialty nasal care (to relieve nasal congestion from colds or allergies), open 2 pre-measured salt packets to obtain a more concentration solution, place the contents into the hydraSense® NetiRinse® bottle and dissolve the contents in 240 ml of room temperature distilled water, or tap water previously boiled for 1 minute and then cooled to room temperature, repeat 2 to 3 times daily. Consult doctor if cold or allergy symptoms lasts longer than 5 days or if your symptoms change. INSTRUCTIONS: Tear open 1 or 2 pre-measured salt packets, pour contents into the hydraSense® NetiRinse® device and fill to the water line with 240 mL of room temperature distilled water, or tap water previously boiled for 1 minute and then cooled to room temperature.
