Lay down or seat the child and then follow directions for children over 6 years of age. Adults and children over 6 years of age: Blow nose before use. Tilt head to the side, and then gently insert the dispenser tip into the upper nostril and press briefly. Bring the head back to an upright position to let the mucus flow out, then wipe any remaining mucus and carefully blow the nose. Repeat with the other nostril. Before sharing with another user, always wash the device. Wash the tip of the dispenser with hot soapy water after each use. Rinse and wipe dry. 1 to 2 spray(s) per nostril, 1 to 3 times per day as needed or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. One spray is equivalent to 1.5 ml per second.
