How to Use DIRECTIONS : Wash Feet & Dry. 1 To open, firmly grip both sides of the bootie below the seam and tug apart. 2 Slip one foot into each bootie, remove backing film from tab & securely close at the ankle for a snug fit. 3 Remove after 30 minutes & discard. 4 Gently massage remaining treatment into feet.
