Headaches, Fever, Muscle & Joint Pain Relief Uses - Temporarily relieves mild to moderate aches and pains due to: headache, migraine, backache, common cold or flu, arthritis or muscle sprains and strains toothache, menstrual cramps - Temporarily reduces fever How to Use Directions Adults and children 12 years and over: - take 1-2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours as needed - do not take more than 6 tablets in 24 hours. - Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration. Warnings WARNINGS STOMACH BLEEDING WARNING - This product may cause stomach bleeding. - Symptoms may include: feeling faint, vomiting blood, bloody or black stools - The chance of stomach bleeding is higher if you: are age 60 or over, have had stomach ulcers or bleeding problems, take a blood thinner or steroid drug, take with other drugs containing an NSAID like acetylsalicylic acid (ASA), ibuprofen, naproxen, or prescription anti-inflammatory drugs, have 3 or more alcoholic drinks every day while using this product. ALLERGY ALERT - Ibuprofen may cause a severe allergic reaction, especially in people allergic to ASA. - Stop use and get medical help right away if you have, severe itching, hives, swelling of eyes and mouth, skin reddening, blisters, or rash, difficulty breathing, shock DO NOT USE - with ASA, other NSAIDs or ibuprofen products - if you are, allergic to ibuprofen, ASA, salicylates, NSAIDs, or any ingredients in this product, in your third trimester of pregnancy, dehydrated due to vomiting, diarrhea or lack of fluid intake - if you have, ulcers or stomach bleeding, recurring ulcers, inflammatory bowel disease, serious liver or kidney disease, lupus, high potassium in the blood, growth inside your nose - right before or after heart surgery ASK A DOCTOR OR PHARMACIST BEFORE USE IF YOU - have, asthma, high blood pressure, heart disease or had heart failure, diabetes, liver or kidney disease, blood clotting disorder, any other serious condition - take any other medication - are trying to conceive or pregnant. It is especially important not to use ibuprofen at 20 weeks or later in pregnancy unless directed by a doctor because it may cause problems in the unborn child or complications during delivery. - are breastfeeding WHEN USING THIS PRODUCT - take with food or milk if upset stomach occurs - the risk of heart attack or stroke may increase if you use more than directed or for longer than directed. STOP USE AND ASK A DOCTOR IF - you have signs of stomach bleeding (see Stomach bleeding warning above) - pain worsens or lasts more than 5 days - fever worsens or lasts more than 3 days - any new symptoms appear KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
