How to Use Directions - Adults and children 12 years of age or older: take 1 caplet every 12 hours. Caplets to be swallowed whole with water on an empty stomach, do not break or chew caplet - Do not use for a long period of time unless advised by a doctor - Do not take more than 2 caplets in 24 hours.
