How to Use Dosage: Antihistamine: Adults: 1 caplet, 3 or 4 times daily, maximum 4 caplets daily. Caplets are not recommended for children under 12 years. For Motion Sickness: Adults: Take 1 caplet 30 minutes before departure and before each meal, as required. Warnings SAFETY SEAL. WARNINGS: May cause drowsiness and excitability. Avoid alcohol. Use cautiously in activities requiring alertness. Individuals with glaucoma, asthma, chronic lung disease or having difficulty in urination due to an enlargement of the prostate gland, or are pregnant or nursing, or taking other antihistamines or sedating drugs should not take this medicine except on the advice of a physician. Do not exceed recommended dose or use for a prolonged period of time unless directed by a physician. KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN.
