Dandruff and Seborrhea: Apply to wet scalp, lather, leave 2 or 3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly & repeat. Initially use twice a week for two weeks, then as necessary. Tinea versicolor: Apply 2 teaspoons to entire body, except face and genitals. Leave 10 minutes. Rinse well with water. Repeat daily for 7 days.
