Helps to relieve the severity & duration of upper respiratory tract infections and cold & flu symptoms: - Cough - Sore Throat - Congestion - Body Aches & Pain - Headache - Fever Use(s) : Helps to relieve the symptoms and shorten the duration of upper respiratory tract infections. Echinacea is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve cold symptoms and to help fight off infections, especially of the upper respiratory tract. Zinc helps to maintain immune function. White Willow is used in Herbal Medicine for the relief of minor joint and headache pain and to relieve fever associated with the common cold. Valeriana officinalis helps to promote sleep. How to Use Directions : (Adults) Take at the first sign of infection. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Day: Take 2 capsules 2 times a day with food. Night: Take 2 capsules an hour before bed with food. Warnings WARNINGS : DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT IF you are pregnant, breastfeeding - allergic to acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) or other salicylates. CONSULT A HEALTH CARE PRACTITIONER PRIOR TO USE IF - you are taking medications to suppress the immune system - you have a progressive systemic disease such as tuberculosis, collagenosis, multiple sclerosis, AIDS and/or HIV infection or an auto-immune disorder - you have asthma or peptic ulcer disease - you are taking anticoagulants or products containing acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) or other salicylates. WHEN USING THIS PRODUCT Night capsule: Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness within 2 hours of consumption. Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness. Diuretic effect may occur. Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency. If you are unsure whether you are taking enough copper, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Some people may experience gastrointestinal discomfort/disturbances. STOP USE AND ASK A HEALTH CARE PRACTITIONER if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs. CONSULT A HEALTH CARE PRACTITIONER if symptoms persist or worsen. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
