Recommended use: - Helps maintain healthy sinuses. - Promotes nasal and sinus drainage. - Helps reduce symptoms of dry, irritated nose. How to Use Instructions for use: Blow nose. Bend head forward and tilt to right. Insert tip of nozzle in left nostril (not more than ¼ inch). Press down. Turn head to the left and follow same procedure in right nostril. Blow nose. Rinse nozzle with hot water before and after use, wipe with tissue. Recommended dose: Adults and children over 2 years: 1-2 spray(s), 1-3 time(s) daily. Warnings CAUTIONS AND WARNINGS: CONSULT A HEALTHCARE PRACTITIONER IF: - You have asthma or other chronic respiratory complaints. - Symptoms persist or worsen. - There is no improvement after you have tried to clear the nose. - The discharge is persistently thick and yellow or green. - Your child has other symptoms of illness such as fever or ear infection. - The skin at the base of the nose becomes raw or crusted. Do not share bottle. Do not swallow. Instruct children under 12 years of age in the use of the product to minimize swallowing.
