Warnings WARNINGS DO NOT USE with - other cough and cold drugs - a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI), a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI), or other drugs for depression, psychiatric, or emotional conditions, or Parkinson's disease, or for 2 weeks after stopping the drug. ASK A DOCTOR OR PHARMACIST BEFORE USE IF YOU have/are - a persistent/chronic cough (as occurs with smoking) - a cough with excessive phlegm (mucus) - shortness of breath or chronic lung disease (e.g. asthma or emphysema). These could be signs of a serious condition. - glaucoma - difficulty urinating due to an enlarged prostate - taking sedatives or tranquilizers - pregnant or breastfeeding. WHEN USING THIS PRODUCT - drowsiness or excitability may occur - alcohol, sedatives and tranquilizers may increase drowsiness - do not drive or engage in activities requiring alertness - avoid alcoholic drinks.
