Helps maintain healthy sinuses Gently cleans How to Use Directions for use: Children from 2 to 6 years of age: Lay down or seat the child and then follow directions for children over 6 years of age. Adults and children over 6 years of age: Tilt head to the side, then gently insert the dispenser tip into the upper nostril and press briefly. Repeat with the other nostril. Before sharing with another user, always wash the device. Wash the tip of the dispenser with hot soapy water after each use. Rinse and wipe dry. 1 to 2 spray(s) per nostril, 1 to 3 times per day as needed or as recommended by your healthcare professional. One spray is equivalent to 1.5 ml per second. Warnings CAUTION Container may explode if heated CAUTION: Tingling or temporary irritation may occur at the beginning of use. Supervise use by children and teach them to avoid ingesting the product. Do not use if the nose or ears are completely blocked or if the ears are infected.
