Reduces and controls stomach acid for up to 12 hours Relieves & prevents heartburn How to Use Dosage - adults and children 12 years and older: for prevention of acid-related symptoms brought on by consuming food and/or beverage, take 1 tablet 10 - 15 minutes before eating. For fast and effective relief of symptoms, take 1 tablet. Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. If symptoms return, you may take another tablet. DO NOT TAKE MORE THAN 2 TABLETS DURING A 24-HOUR PERIOD. If symptoms get worse or persist for more than 2 consecutive weeks, or if new symptoms develop, stop use and talk to a doctor. Warnings WARNINGS: Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before use if you have previous history of ulcer; pain on swallowing, severe vomiting, black stool, choking, chest pain, kidney disease or other severe illnesses, or are pregnant or breast-feeding or over 40 and experiencing new or recently changed heartburn or experiencing unintended weight loss with heartburn.
