How to Use Directions Adults and children 12 years and over: - take one or two capsules every 4 to 6 hours - do not take more than 8 capsules in 24 hours. Not recommended for children under 12. Warnings WARNINGS DO NOT USE - with any other product containing diphenhydramine, even one used on skin. ASK A DOCTOR OR PHARMACIST BEFORE USE IF YOU - have - glaucoma - breathing problem such as emphysema or chronic bronchitis or chronic asthma - difficulty with urination - a cough that is accompanied by excessive secretions - take sedatives or tranquilizers - pregnant or breastfeeding.
