Uses - Helps relieve bloating, pressure and pain due to excess gas in the stomach or intestine. How to Use Directions - Adults and children 12 years and older: Swallow 1 capsule as needed after meals and at bedtime (3 times a day). - Do not take more than 3 capsules in 24 hours.
