Odan Bisacodyl-odan 5 mg 100 Enteric Coated Tablets

Stimulant laxative How to Use Single daily dosage: administer at night or before breakfast. Adults: 1-3 tablets (5-15mg). Children 6 to 12 years: 1 tablet (5mg). Children under 6 years: as directed by physician. Directions for use: tablets should be swallowed whole and not be crushed or chewed. Do not take milk or antacid within 1 hour before or after the administration of Bisacodyl. Tablets taken orally should take effect within 6 to 12 hours. Warnings Keep out of reach and sight of children. WARNINGS: Do not administer along with other laxatives. A laxative should not be taken 2 hours after the administration of another medicine because desired effect of the other medicine may be reduced. Over-use or extended use may cause dependence of bowel function. Do not take any type of laxative for more than 1 week unless advised by your physician. CONTRAINDICATIONS: Do not use in presence of abdominal pain, nausea, fever or vomiting (signs of appendicitis or inflamed bowel).
