Take at bedtime for a bowel movement the next morning (takes effect in 6-12 hours). Swallow whole; do not take with milk or antacids. Warnings CAUTION: Do not use in the presence of abdominal pain, nausea, fever, vomiting or within 2 hours of another medicine. Do not use if you have intestinal obstruction (ileus), acute inflammatory bowel disease, appendicitis or severe dehydration. Ask your doctor or pharmacist before use if you are pregnant, taking adreno-corticosteroids, cardiac glycosides, diuretics or proton pump inhibitors. Contains tartrazine (colouring agent).
