How to Use Directions Adults and children 12 years of age and over: - shake well before use - blow your nose before using - apply 2 to 3 sprays in each nostril every 12 hours - do not apply more than 2 times in 24 hours - do not use for longer than 3 days - do not use if seal on bottle is broken or missing - to spray, squeeze the bottle quickly and firmly - do not tilt head backwards while spraying - wipe nozzle clean after use. Warnings WARNINGS DO NOT USE - with other decongestant products - with monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitors - glaucoma - dry nasal passages - after trans-nasal surgery.
