Recommended use or purpose: for temporary use as a mild diuretic. Ultimate relief diuretic How to Use Recommended dose (adults): one pill (100 mg) or two pills (200 mg) every 3 to 4 hours while symptoms persist. Not to exceed 8 pills in any 24 hour period. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have high blood pressure, glaucoma, and/or detrusor instability (overactive bladder syndrome). For a dose of three or more pills per day, consult a health care practitioner if you are of childbearing age, pregnant or breastfeeding. The recommended dose of this product contains about as much caffeine as one to two cups of coffee. Consumption with other caffeine-containing products is not recommended.
