How to Use Directions - Do not take more than the recommended dosage - Adults and children 12 years and over: Shake well before using, take 1 to 2 teaspoons (5 - 10 mL) every 2-3 hours, Do not take more than 50 mL in 24 hours, If preferred mix with equal parts of honey.
