Helps loosen phlegm or mucus and thin lung secretions. How to Use Directions - Adults and children 12 years and over: - shake well before using. - Take 2 to 3 teaspoons (10 to 15 ml) every 6 hours. Do not take more than 4 doses (60 ml) in 24 hours. - Children under 12: do not use. - If preferred, mix with equal parts honey.
