How to Use DIRECTIONS: Using warm water turned on at full force, slowly sprinkle one packet of colloidal oatmeal under running water. Stir thoroughly to prevent clumping and settling. Soak affected area for 15 to 30 minutes as needed or as directed by a health care practitioner. Pat dry (do not rub) to keep a thin layer on the skin.
