Atlas Milk Magnesia Antiacid – Laxative 500 ml

INDICATION: Prompt relief of indigestion, heartburn and upset stomach associated with hyperacidity. Effective relief for occasional constipation. How to Use DOSAGE: Shake well before using. ANTACID: ADULTS: 1 to 4 teaspoonful (5 to 20 mL) with a little water. CHILDREN: 1/4 to 2 teaspoonful (1 to 10 mL) with a little water. LAXATIVE: ADULTS: 2 to 4 tablespoonful (30 to 60 mL) daily with a glass of water (approx. 250 mL). CHILDREN 6 TO 12 YEARS: 1 to 2 tablespoonful (15 to 30 mL) daily with a glass of water (approx. 250 ml). CHILDREN UNDER 6 YEARS: Consult a physician. Oral dosage produces bowel movement in 1/2 to 6 hours. Warnings DO NOT USE IF THE SECURITY SEAL IS BROKEN. CAUTION: Persons who suffer from kidney disease or are on tetracycline should consult a physician before taking this medication or any medication containing Magnesium Hydroxide. Do not use in presence of abdominal pain, nausea, fever or vomiting. A 2 hour interval is required between using this drug and any other drug. Prolonged or excessive use of this drug could lead to laxative dependence. If symptoms persist for more than 1 week, consult a physician. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
