Pharmacy Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy (“Policy”) describes how this pharmacy (“we”, “our”, “us”) manages order cancellations, returns, and refunds for purchases made via the MedaKi platform or directly from our physical location.

Our Commitment

We are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their orders. While certain health and safety regulations limit the ability to return or refund specific items, we will always do our best to address concerns in a fair and transparent manner.

Prescription Products

Due to Health Canada regulations, prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded once they have been dispensed, except where:

  • The medication was dispensed in error,
  • The medication is defective or damaged, or
  • Return is required by law.

If you believe an error occurred, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. We will review the situation and, if applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.

Over-the-Counter (OTC) and Non-Prescription Products

Returns or refunds for non-prescription products (e.g., health products, vitamins, personal care, or devices) may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging,
  • The request is made within 14 days of purchase, and
  • You provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and verified to meet the above conditions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery. We may request photos or other evidence to process your claim. Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or dispensed. Once dispensing or shipping has begun, cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.

Refund Method & Timing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error, a defect, or damage during shipping.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

8.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

For health, hygiene, or regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds on:

  • Opened or used products,
  • Temperature-sensitive items (e.g., insulin, vaccines),
  • Prescription medications (except as noted above),
  • Items marked "final sale."
